When it all gets too much set it down. Take time out. Walk away, even if you think you have no time. Breath slowly and deeply. Feel your heart beat rise and fall in your chest. Hand over control. Allow your life force to calm you. Empty your mind into nature. Turn your attention to something you enjoy. Giving yourself permission to feel exactly how you feel. Take time for you to discover and recover, and for the storm, outside of you, to subside. Simply be. Inner calm will fill you up with strength to carry on. You’ll know when it is time.
